If Maricopa ambulance is selected for the contract, Adam Stockton has agreed to serve as the EMS Director for the City of Glendale Ambulance service upon approval from the Fire Chief. Please see the job description that follows for this important role within the Glendale EMS system.

Adam Stockton is a current Paramedic Supervisor at Maricopa Ambulance. Adam has been with Maricopa since day one and has grown with the company. Throughout his career at Maricopa he has taken on extra responsibilities and has exceeded all expectations. His current roles include managing the schedule and man power for the interfacility fleet, ordering all medical supplies for all of Maricopa and provide 24-hour support for his crews. Adam has a passion for education and helps lead continuing education with lectures and training scenarios on his days off.

Adam Stockton’s professional experience started with his EMT right out of high school. Employed at West Valley Hospital working in the ER he quickly gravitated towards emergency medicine.

Shortly after he became a Paramedic, through Paradise Valley Community College, he was quickly hired by Southwest Ambulance. Adam found himself serving 911 in El Mirage. When Abrazo West Campus became a level one Trauma Center, Adam was invited back to take on a Lead Paramedic role that included a training aspect and the schedule for the new oncoming Paramedics.

Interested in having a potential leadership role in a growing company, Adam joined Maricopa Ambulance at the start up and is looking forward to continuing his future here.

Adam’s love and dedication for EMS stems from his father who has been a Paramedic in the Avondale/Goodyear area for over 25 years. Adam Stockton is an Arizona native whom resides in Litchfield Park with his beautiful wife and two children.
